St. Bernard Parish Government’s Office of Film and Television has launched an online service called “Video on Demand”. With Video on Demand you will be able to view the following public meetings and events at any time online.

Housing, Redevelopment and Quality of Life
Planning Commission
Board of Zoning Adjustments
Water and Sewer
Hospital Service District
Town Hall Meetings

To view a meeting visit www.sbpg.net and click on the Video On Demand Logo on the left side of the page. Click on the meeting folder of your choice and enjoy your video.

Save Louisiana Coalition's 3rd Annual Battle for the Bayou Bash on Saturday, September 10th at The Frederick Sigur Center from 6 - 10 p.m.

There will be live entertainment by Bag of Donuts, Louisiana seafood, silent auctions, and much more. The proceeds from the event will help in the Save Louisiana Coalition’s efforts to support the responsible restoration of coastal Louisiana while protecting our heritage, culture, and the seafood industry that so many in our community rely on.

Tropical Depression Nine is expected to move NW toward the mid-gulf the next two days then curve NE later in the week.

•Remain Alert as the storm progresses.
–There is always uncertainty with the forecast in the extended periods and as the system develops. Impacts would increase for us with further west track.

•Local Impacts
–Moderate east then northeast winds through Wednesday across the coastal waters.
–Tides 1-2 feet above normal on east-facing shores.
–Potential marine impacts especially in the outer waters.
